FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $79!

We offer FREE Economy Shipping on orders for all course materials or non-course related materials for orders over $79. We will accept this offer even if we are unable to fill your entire order. Please note that this offer applies to items listed as "new" or "used." This offer does not apply to marketplace items which are fulfilled by third-party sellers (see shipping fees below). The shipping rates outlined below are provided for general informational purposes. Your institution may have specific shipping rates that differ from those listed below. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to your institution’s Online Bookstore website. If no specific shipping rates are provided there, the rates listed below will apply.

 

SHIPPING RATES, METHODS, AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer multiple shipping options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. All orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding holidays. Items are shipped within 3-6 business days on average but may vary based on availability.

* Shipping options, with charges if applicable, and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Certain states may assess sales tax on shipping charges, and shipping costs will be reflected accordingly. Return shipping for rental books is free.

** A surcharge of $10 shipping fee plus $2 per book in the order will apply to orders being shipped to non-contiguous states (Alaska and Hawaii), military addresses (AP, AE, AA, APO, and AFO), U.S. Territories (U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa), or Freely Associated States (Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and Marshall Islands). Additional transit time may also be required for shipments. 

 

HOW MANY PACKAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

In our efforts to provide you with the best possible service, we might find it necessary to deliver your order in more than one package, but it would be extremely rare for you to receive more than two packages for an average shipment.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

In most cases you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that Economy Shipping service may only provide a "Delivery Confirmation" number, with limited tracking information. When ordering from the Marketplace, tracking information is not guaranteed.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can view information about your order by logging into your Online Bookstore account and navigating to the Account section. From there, go to My Orders and select Order Details for the specific purchase. The status of each item will be displayed, and once an item has shipped, a tracking link will appear next to it.

If you experience any difficulties checking your order status on our website, or if you think there is a mistake in the status, please contact our Customer Support team.

 

WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?

No signature is required for Economy Shipping. The carrier will generally leave your shipment in front of your door or with a mail clerk at your residence hall or apartment building. Standard Ground shipments may require a signature.

 

WHAT IF I DROP COURSES? CAN I RETURN THE BOOKS?

If you would like to return a recent order, please login to start the process. Certain items are sold as non-returnable and we’re unable to offer refunds on such items. You will be made aware of non-returnable items at the time of purchase. Learn more about our Returns Policy.
